Instead of a single spotlight that illuminates the trunk from only one side, arrange several light segments in a ring around the trunk or a post to illuminate it all the way around, from the bottom up - just like you see at hotels and in parks.

The focused light highlights the bark, branches, and crown while also helping guide the way along paths and driveways. The die-cast aluminum housing with glass cover and IP65 rating stays outdoors all year round, through rain, dust, and changing temperatures.
