These payment and billing terms govern the payment processing for orders on Mivoza across all our markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Norway, New Zealand, Australia, and Italy.

2. Payment Processing

  • Your credit card or payment details are not stored by us.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are made according to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency used (EUR, GBP, USD, CHF, CAD, MXN, SGD, NOK, NZD, or AUD).
  • In case of payment issues or uncertainties, please contact our customer service first before initiating a chargeback.
