  • Shipping provider: DHL or equivalent certified logistics partners
  • Transit time: 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated total delivery time: 8–14 business days from the shipping date

Switzerland:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that updating the tracking information may take a few hours.

You can track your shipment anytime on our "Track Order" page using your order number and email address.

Delivery Issues, Loss, or Damage

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged during transport, please contact our customer service immediately. Depending on the situation, we offer a replacement delivery or a refund.

For damaged shipments, please provide us with clear photos for quick processing.
