Return in the original packaging (if possible)
No restocking fees apply

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items:

Return shipping costs are fully covered by us
In many cases, no return is required
We offer free replacement or a full refund

Returns for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong choice):

The customer bears the return shipping costs
Shipping costs already paid are non-refundable

How to Return

2. Packaging
Carefully pack the item, preferably in the original packaging.

Send the item according to the instructions you receive after your return is approved.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed:

Payment method: refund via the original payment method used
Currency: refund in the original currency

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear in your account.

Regardless of our voluntary 30-day return policy, you are of course also entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal according to applicable legal provisions. This is already fully included in the return policy mentioned above and does not shorten the return period.
